About Fred Carpenter

Fred was born, raised and resided in the Midwest for 30 years before moving to the Phoenix area in January of 1997. He grew up enjoying many outdoor activities in the US, Canada and Mexico. Fred loves creating a strong bond with his clients and has a robust passion for helping them with their residential real estate needs whether they are looking to sell their property, buy a new home or accomplish both. He truly believes “there is nothing more exciting and satisfying” than helping his clients achieve their goals.

A graduate from Grandview University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1990, Fred received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After graduating from college, he worked in sales in the farm equipment industry as well as in the refined fuels industry throughout the Midwest. Fred has experience as an owner operator in both the restaurant and mobile phone businesses, but after graduating the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business as well as Executive Launch (an advanced real estate marketing program) in 2009, Fred has found his true passion and has been helping his clients attain their real estate objectives ever since then. Fred has found success in the real estate industry by priding himself on his attentiveness to his clients’ needs and desires and finding marketing solutions for every listing. Since 2009, Fred has been a faithful member of each of the following: the National Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, SEVRAR, the MLS and Realty Executives, one of the premier real estate brokers in the Valley.
